very crowded.

meet carrie, carrie sis and yin yee.

bought key chain. (sign of support )

went for lunch. After that fetch her cousin.

drop ern and her cousin at sggs then we went to carrie's house.

then fetch wei ern,

went to gurney.(play pool)

drop her cousin at PCGHS.

then went to KFC at jelutong.

then went back.

had a nice time.

egg tart

long long time ago, like one month ago exactly.. i manage to make egg tart.

this is the first time i make tart alone. but i took me till 2 o clock in the morning to bake finish everything. a bit slow right me? normal lar..

then put the dough in the mold for blind bake.

finish blind bake d then put the filling and bake it again.

Food production 1

last friday we wake up early and went to KDU. you all know why ?

we are preparing for the food production class. my friend and i were in a fighting mood to make this week successfull class. at the end we won out battle. we prepared a simple set lunch that consist of soup, main course and dessert. i am sorry that i didn't took the picture of the main course.

This is where the fun part begainAfter we sell everything, the left over is split among our kitchen stuff, the serving and the teacher adviser. . we cooked up some extra onion righs and banana batter.
