seafood fest ! !

last wedensday we went to butchery class and we found out that we were learning about seafood. we learned about prawn, squid, crab and the best was lobster.


Masala crab.. a bit too salty but it's still taste good.

This is the result of 5 monsters having a feast on the poor but delicious lobsters.

After having that, i was so full and couldn't have my dinner that day. that was one good day.

english class

today i had english class. the class starts 9 in the morning and i am actually late d.
However a lot of people is later them me today. As usual we went to class and then we learned something called appearance and self grooming.

Someome learned how to cook alone today without anyone's help.
I am very happy for that person, keep up the good work.
Eh, learn how to eat a bit of vegetable. good for health you know.
don't work at late night, not good for health.
And don't watch TV a lot. your test is coming up soon.

oh yea, one more good news, i learned how to cook curry today by myself.

we are back man!

today is the first day after Raya Holiday. As usual we are back to college to be more specific, back to kitchen. Me, Sui Thong, Sui Hoong, Jefferey and Gareth. We are back to kitchen for more action. Actually fro more trouble in actual case. Since we are having vegetarian season now, unluckily we have to cook vegetarian dishes today. this is actually my first time cooking curry alone without anyone's help. whee'..five of us prepare four dish initially, but we traded one recipy with knife. .. these was what we prepared just now..

then after that in the pastry class, we had to make sponce cake.
had a lot of fun and we had no failure unlike the morning class ( not saynig anyone)
did some decoration with cream and some chocolate.
finish class quite late also today because we need to wash up

full house... old but still nice to watch.

tonight after i came back from Tanjung Bungah Beach Hotel, i continued to watch this Korean drama that i bought 2 days ago.

This is a story a bout two person that hate each other living together ends up loving each other.
This story evolves around this couple.
All their fights made me laugh and i am touched by their love story. A guy that don't know how to express himself and a girl that is always there for him. The combination creates a very touching romantic love story. this story get tensed at one part but it's still pleasant to watch. i would like to recommend this lovely story to the readers..

suday outing

This afternoon i was at Tanjung Bungah Beach hotel as me and my teacher went to visit her mom that came down to penang for some church prayers.

we were just there to send my teacher's mother off.. While we was waiting for them, I noticed that the hotel had renovated the place.. it is much more nicer now and stylish..
