morning beach

at his moment i really got no mood to blog anymore.. i am feeling very depress now.. so lets cut the story short. It's tuesday morning, my parents decidecd to go korek Siput. so I hop along.. spent some time there. saw some beach dogs.. played in the sea.. then came back.. end of story..

THURSDAY, FRIDAY,SATURDAY

THURSDAY- after my class at 8pm I went back as usual. At 11.45 I was at Gurney Plaza with my classmates to watch Phobia 2. let see, this movie have 5 scenes all together. each with it's own story line and actors.. The movie finish at 2 something, I was a bit scare to go back.. But I eventually Collected my gut and drove back!! LOL...

FRIDAY - I think lar. (i can't really recall back) if not mistaken..i know we went to watch movie lar.. with who i also forget d.. hahaha.. getting confused ady.. hahaha.. GG.. owhh yea.. i just remembered, went to gurney to watch poker king with Gareth, karyn (sorry if i spell it wrong) and Jeffrey. but we didn't make it. So.. end up watching The Fourth Kind. then went to Jeff house.. prepare for a surprise cake for Gareth and also prepare cheesecake for Saturday's function. Sui Thong later join us at night then we head to Gareth's house around 12 something. celebrated his birthday.. after Jelutong Burger.. Head back home..

SATURDAY - my day started after i wake up at 10.30. Go get ready to go to Jeffrey's house.. have to prepare canape, and cheesecake and tart.. Sue joined us shortly after that.. end up by 4 everything is done.. Jeffrey went to send the stuff and we stayed home until he was back. then we went to Gurney for a game of pool. then head for dinner at Chef darren's shop..After that i send all of the back i went to join my teachers and friends at Batu Ferringhi. we were talking till almost 4 and then we decide to go back home and sleep.. The next day i have work..

hmm,, Queen,, Cake.. deepavali eve

Few day before deepavali eve, my mum and I prepared queen cake. At first my mum was kine in doing it, but my aunty asked for it, my mum then only decide to do. That is also in a little amount. usually my mum will do around 400 nos of queen cake.. Of course, she had modified her cake size a bit. Queen cake suppose to look like muffin. but my mum shrink it into small size.

first step is to prepare the batter. The batter consist of cake flour, eggs, sugar, butter and raisins or even sultanas can be used.

I don't know what my doggie doing ?? Want eat the butter and sugar I think.. hahaha.. kapyo also this dog some times..

After everything is done, just add on the cupcake paper into the cupcake mould..

finally into the oven it went.. Should be done in 10 to 15 minutes.. don't too long.
