long long time ago, like one month ago exactly.. i manage to make egg tart.
this is the first time i make tart alone. but i took me till 2 o clock in the morning to bake finish everything. a bit slow right me? normal lar..
dough to start with....
then put the dough in the mold for blind bake.
finish blind bake d then put the filling and bake it again.
here comes the products!!!
and at last it enter's people's mouth. (what a sad story)
