Well, I wonder why i am writing this post, (i mean typing). Anyway, who is actually reading it ? Why do I wasting time writing this post? For who am i writing all this shit to ???

Well, eventually no one..

I just want to express my feeling in this blog.

okay, continue with with my post. haih,, really lazy to type lar.. anyway, Gareth and I went to gurney today. we went to watch beth copper at 12.50.

Talking about that, the movie is rated can watch movie, but it's 18 and above movie.

So for the little kids out there, go buy DVD lahh.. some more all the cut scene also can see..

Go cinema, cut scene all they tak out, can make you dun understand the story. Potong Steam saja!!!

owhh no.. i speaking in malay pula. I think i should stop it already..

This week i got scolding by my friends and also my girlfriend cause i was speaking Malay to Chinese people.. Is that weird ?

continue with my story, then after that we decided to go Ananda to try the mutton fried rice, but end up eating mutton briyani.. The Food was cold.. and i mean literary cold.. but the fried ice-cream was nice..

the specially made skin was delicious.. makes me want more, but i was on the tight budget, so next time lar.

night hunting

I haven't been spending much time with my friends lately.. because of that i feel like i am getting further away from them. sometimes when i think of it, i feel very bad. we had many wonderful memories together when i like to go out in the middle of night, but nowadays i don't go out that much as i used to. However last week, we had an assignment to do. so instead of they call me, i call them out. It's was sui thong's idea to have dinner at liverpool.. after almost completing the

assignment, we went to fetch Aika and the headed straight to jeffrey's house. From there we convoyed in two car and in ten minutes we reach there.

Now some intro about the place. Liverpool shop is situated at jelutong area. For those who stay there, they should know. Anyway they serve the best nasi lemak in penang. their fried chicken and the special fried anchovies. SEDAP!!! GILA!!!!
you all should try out this place and see..

After dinner. we went to jeff's house to try out his cheesecake. It was nice. Jeff the pastry pro.. Then we went our separate ways. jeff and sui Hong went to Net 3 to meet up with Jam Siao and then Aika went back. I Sui thong and Gareth went for a pool game at Gurney plaza. Then we went for a night tour ended up in paya terubong McD with another friend, Foo Thong. he is our friend in school and now he is studying at KDU college in Arts and Design department.

Then we head back to our territory, north part of penang, went to net 3. then head back home while the rest had their early breakfast at Tanjung Bungah market. Owh yea, by the way. Sui tohng was talking ghost story to us the whole night until it effected me and gareth. we keep on saying ghost ghost the whole night also...

This is our final exam for our production 1 class. After this we don't have to find customer and cook for then anymore until the next semester.. Ya Hoo!!! we start our day 8 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon till the kitchen is fully cleaned..

Morning-morning of my exam there is already some problem, i went to collect stuff and the purchaser said the mushroom i ordered infected with virus. I thought things would not get worse, god heard my prayer, the things he supply me was not enough and i have to walk to see him few times to get the correct quantity.

Anyway, i just live on and start to do work, the rest of my mates already started work and i was the latest to stark work, almost 9, making sure everything is in correct quantity and work is going well. God Heard my prayer again, everything went well and we finally came out with a fantastic set lunch.

Comment: soup was a bit salty the rest was okay. The texture was not thick enough.

Overall it's okay.

Chef Jeffrey was incharge of the dessert section with Chef Gareth.

Comment:the cheese cake was a bit hard in texture, pastry cream should be a bit thicker.

Comment: the egg mayo shoud use less tomato sause and should add canned fruits

Chef Muz also know as Doremon's sister.

Chef Thong. He is our runner for the Food Production exam. overall helped in preparing the main course and dessert. This two item got the best award form our lecturer among the rest of the team. Congrates!!

Comment: the garden salad should have a bit dressing and the mushroom sauce not enough.

overall is exellent.

Chef Mozi is the Man of the show, He reperesent our team cause he's the Chef De partie of the day!! He is also our manager of the dayy.....
His work was to take out the plate for the set lunch and coordinate the work among us

Sad to say that we had to share kitchen with other chef also. On our final exam, we had other function and it made us difficult for us to move around and store item during mis sien place. however we successfully made it and we were drag to help the other function also. Yeah people!!

we manage to finish out product and some more assist with the other function.
